Have you ever heard about MOE?

Moe pronounced “mo-eh” literally ‘budding’, as with a plant.
It is a Japanese slang which describe a characteristic of
Japanese girl who dress up like one of a game character.

In Japan, we call them “Meido”.
If you go to AKIHABARA. You can actually find Meido Kissa,
which is MEIDO coffee shop where all the waitors are MEIDO 
Japanese girls.
YET, it is not SEXUAL pub or anything.
They usually say “Okaeri na sai, Go shu jin sama” in Japanese
when you enter the MEIDO Kissa in Japan.

Those type of Japanese girls are very popular for OTAKU in Akihabara
